What are your fees?

Your needs and goals can vary. Typically, most people contract to go through a coaching programme which includes educational technology, a workbook, 2  books and 5 hours of coaching. Dependent upon which products you take, prices can range between $405.00 to $1450.00 Canadian currency, before taxes.

I only want coaching, can I pay per hour?

Yes, you will be charged $95.00 per hour for telephone coaching.

What am I charged for “in person” coaching?

That will vary, dependent upon location.

Do I have to pay for everything at once?

Preference is for full payment at once. However, please contact me to discuss other payment options.

Do you stock and sell products?

Yes. You have several options. You can contact me for a personal delivery, order from me directly or order through Amazon.ca. Please see the Products page. Prices will be in Canadian currency and do not reflect shipping and taxes.

I have a gift certificate for Auntie Stress. What can I do with it?

Dependent upon the amount, it can be used towards any coaching or products that Auntie Stress offers. Please contact me to discuss your options.

How long and how much is the Undress the Stress™ chat?

A minimum of 15 minutes is required. You will be charged $40.00 per 15 minute interval. (“In person” rates will vary.)

Do you offer specials?

Yes, from time to time I will be offering special prices on coaching and products. The best place for this information is in my newsletter, Heart to Heart. Or you can sign up to be notified.

Can I just purchase the technology?

Yes. However, most people find that without the guidance of a coach that it becomes another good intention collecting dust.

What are your rates for a workshop, seminar or keynote speaker?

This is determined case by case. Please contact me for further information.

What are your travel costs?

This will vary dependent upon a number of factors. Please contact me to discuss this.
