What happens during the coaching program?
In addition to clarifying your values, you are taken through a proven system of tools and techniques that are designed to empower you to make changes that are right for you. You learn why this is an important aspect of stress transformation.
What do I learn in a stress program?

What is the HeartMath® system?
HeartMath is a scientifically validated system of stress intervention techniques and objective biometric feedback that quantifiably and dramatically boosts the health and performance of individuals and organisations.

What areas of my life can benefit from these tools and techniques?

What does “coherence” mean?
Increased coherence means that your body operates more efficiently and you enjoy greater levels of emotional, mental and physical well-being. Relationships also benefit from coherence training – communication, cooperation and consideration. The coaching program teaches you how to use the power of your heart to synchronize the various systems in your body, which leads to greater harmony within those systems.
What are my responsibilities as a client?

My life is so busy, how can I fit this in?
The program itself is short. Typically 5 hours for adults and 8 hours for children and teens. Once you learn the techniques you'll be able to do them anytime, anywhere - at work, in the car, on the golf course or at the airport.
Many people discover that when their stress is transformed they feel and perform better. Efficiency improves and they find that it takes less time to do certain tasks. As a result of a change in focus and/or priorities, some activities may be altered or dropped, freeing up more time.

Will I have to do a lot of homework?
While you are going through the program you will be required to do some reading and complete the exercises in your workbook. Most of the work is experiential; you will be asked to do the techniques as you go about your day.
What if I forget to do the techniques?
As you work through the program you are provided with on-going support and suggestions to help you attach the techniques to something you are already doing, thereby anchoring your new habits.
I prefer to work in person. Is this available?
Yes. Rates will change dependent upon distances travelled.
Is additional support available?
Yes. Clients can choose to have regular follow-up sessions or to explore some of the other modalities that are on offer.
Can I go through this program in a group setting?
No. This coaching-style program is customized for your own special needs and objectives. This is best done 1 on 1 when we can focus on your sources of stress and how to implement an effective skill set into your daily routines.

It is not counselling nor is it a “tell all” session. It is meant to help you stop the cascade of 1400 chemical changes that take place during a period of stress. Learn and practise a technique that empowers you to make a change for the better.

I have spent a considerable amount of time and energy to learn a number of modalities and techniques in my own wellness journey. Let's talk about what your needs are and how I may help. Dependent upon the amount, it can be used towards any coaching program or products that Auntie Stress offers.
I know someone who lives outside of the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Will you travel?
